These are needed from you for registrations, approvals and smooth campaign execution.
GST certificate or Udyam registration, PAN, and business address proof — required for DLT (SMS) and Meta (WhatsApp) verification in your name.
One mobile number reserved for the WhatsApp Business API — not in use on the normal WhatsApp app, and cannot be reverted while the API is active.
Lists shared in Excel/CSV. You confirm every number/email was collected with the person's consent to receive your business messages.
WhatsApp templates need Meta approval (1–3 working days); SMS templates need DLT approval (2–5 working days). Voice audio/script needed 48 hours before launch.
Confirm campaign date, audience list and final content at least 24 working hours in advance. Same-day requests are best-effort.
Wallet must cover the campaign estimate before launch. Recharge by UPI/bank transfer against invoice.
